Roadmapping is the process of defining where you are now, where you want to be, and how to get there.

We will help you collect your ideas, ambitions, and business data. Then together we will distill it down into a strategic-driven, actionable plan.

We’ll start by providing our Discovery & Roadmapping Survey, a wide-ranging document meant to elicit big ideas and capture the details. You complete the survey. We’ll review your responses. If we see big red flags, we can stop the process right then. No money spent. Minimal time lost for each of us.

Next we’ll schedule your Roadmapping session. Together we’ll brainstorm, dig into details, set project goals, and define the scope of work for this project while noting ideas to be implemented later. Again, if we see big red flags, we can bail out at the end of the meeting. We’ll refund half the Roadmapping fee and part ways amicably.

Next we go “back to the lab”, boil it all down, do some research, write it all up, and create your Project Roadmap, a document that includes:

• A to-do list detailing what you’ll need to complete in preparation for the project
• Assignment of responsibilities through each stage of our Development Process
• Estimated time for how long each phase in the Development Process will take
• Total estimated project cost

Finally we’ll compare calendars and schedule your project.
